10. Tyjae Spears

Team: Tennessee Titans
2023 Stats: 453 rushing yards on 100 Attempts, 2 TDs Rushing, 385 receiving yards,

Fantasy Outlook for 2024:
Tyjae Spears has shown flashes of brilliance, combining speed with exceptional vision. His ability to break tackles and make defenders miss in the open field makes him a dangerous weapon. As he continues to develop, expect his role in the Titans’ offense to expand, making him a valuable RB1 option.

People are concerned with the aquisition of Tony Pollard, but he sucks and you shouldn’t be concerned. Pollard may pest some volume away in the season early, but the hot hand that is Spears will prevail!

9. Trey Benson

Team: Arizona Cardinals
2023 College Stats:  906 rushing yards, 14 TDs, 227 receiving yards, 1 TD

Fantasy Outlook for 2024:
Trey Benson is a powerful runner with a knack for finding the end zone. His balance and strength allow him to excel in goal-line situations, while his improving receiving skills add another dimension to his game. Benson’s all-around abilities make him a rising star and a solid RB1 with massive upside.

James Conner is still in this backfield and is only a backup at best. It took him over 7 years to rush for 1000 yards, and was never a starter to begin with. This is Benson’s Backfield, so draft with complete confidence this 2024 fantasy football season.

8. Zamir White

Team: Las Vegas Raiders
2023 Stats: 451 rushing yards, 1 TD, 98 receiving yards

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Zamir White, known for his speed and agility, has carved out a significant role with the Raiders. His quickness and ability to hit the hole hard make him a consistent producer on the ground. He came alive and got the most volume in rushing among all the RBs in the last 4 games of last season. He is primed for the RB1 role in 2024.

WIth Josh Jacobs being shipped off to GB, that opens up 233 rushing attempts for Zamir. Mattison is a failed starter and will be Zamir’s back up this season. Zamir White has top 10 fantasy football RB upside. He should be drafted on all rosters at his value ADP of rounds 5-6.

7. Jonathan Taylor

Team: Indianapolis Colts
2023 Stats: 741 rushing yards, 7 TDs, 153 receiving yards, 1 TDs in just 10 Games Played

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Jonathan Taylor remains one of the most explosive backs in the league. His combination of size, speed, and vision makes him a threat every time he touches the ball. Taylor’s ability to contribute in the passing game boosts his PPR value, solidifying him as a top-tier RB1.

He has not running backs in that committee there with the Colts in 2024. The only uphill battle for him is his health. Can he finish a full season? Also, he has to content with his rushing QB Anthony Richardson near the goal line. If he can overcome these two obstacles then he will win.

6. Kyren Williams

Team: Los Angeles Rams
2023 Stats: 1144 rushing yards, 12 TDs, 206 receiving yards, 3 TDs

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Kyren Williams is a versatile back who excels in both the running and passing games. His reliable hands and route-running skills make him a favorite target out of the backfield. Williams’ ability to make defenders miss and create yards after the catch enhances his fantasy value, especially in PPR leagues.

He only played 12 games last year and still managed to finish as a top 7 RB in PPR. He is a beast when he is on the field. After talking to him on this podcast, I feel much more confident in drafting him and is confidence shines as you can see.

The addition of Blake Corum could buzz kill his overall fantasy football upside, but there is no denying that he is the starter on the LA Rams, and he should pick up where he left off last season. Watch the full podcast and you make the call. Do you see the lion mentality and upside for 2024? I definitely do!

5. Jahmyr Gibbs

Team: Detroit Lions
2023 Stats: 945 rushing yards, 10 TDs, 316 receiving yards, 1 TD

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Jahmyr Gibbs is an electric playmaker with the ability to score from anywhere on the field. His elite speed and agility, combined with his receiving prowess, make him a dangerous dual-threat back. Gibbs’ role in the Lions’ offense continues to grow, making him a must-have RB1 in 2024.

If you want to draft him at the end of round one you have to understand that David Montgomery is still going to steal a ton of volume from him. The ceiling and full potential of Gibbs is limited with Montgomery in that backfield. We need an injury to David for Gibbs to his is true potential.

If you give Gibbs over 250 Rushing Attempts, he is the best Running back in the NFL.

4. Derrick Henry

Team: Baltimore Ravens
2023 Stats: 1,167 rushing yards, 12 TDs on the ground

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Derrick Henry remains a dominant force in the NFL. His sheer size and power allow him to bulldoze through defenses, making him a touchdown machine. Despite his limited role in the passing game, Henry’s consistent production on the ground keeps him firmly in the RB1 tier even though he has moved to a new team.

The Ravens explosive offense helps Henry more than it hurts him for 2024. He is still primed to get a ton of volume with no competition in the backfield.

3. Saquon Barkley

Team: New York Giants
2023 Stats: 962 rushing yards, 7 TDs, 280 receiving yards, 4 TDs

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Saquon Barkley is one of the most talented RBs in the league. His combination of speed, strength, and receiving ability makes him a true three-down back. Barkley’s versatility and big-play potential make him an elite RB1, capable of single-handedly winning fantasy matchups.

The Eagles will use him a lot and he is also primed to get a ton of work in this offense. Again, no compeition in that backfield aside from the goaline work of QB Jalen Hurts. I factor in a regression in the work of hurts in the endzone and shift that over to points for Barkley. I feel a big year is coming for this RB, who is finally in a great and effecient offense.

Breece Hall (Photo by Frank Jansky/Icon Sportswire)

2. Breece Hall

Team: New York Jets
2023 Stats: 994 rushing yards, 5 TDs, 591 receiving yards, 4 TDs

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Breece Hall is a rising star with a bright future. His vision and patience as a runner, combined with his receiving skills, make him a versatile threat. Hall’s ability to make defenders miss and his nose for the end zone position him as a top RB1 in 2024.

Braelon Allen was drafted by the Jets and could be a problem around the goal line, but aside from that Breece will really boom in 2024. He is really primed for a ton of volume and has a ton of upside. Don’t sleep on Breece the breast in 2024. Barring any type of injury he is the man to own in New York!

1. Bijan Robinson

Team: Atlanta Falcons
2023 Stats: 976 rushing yards, 4 TDs, 487 receiving yards, 4 TDs

Fantasy Football Outlook 2024:
Bijan Robinson is the top RB in fantasy football for 2024. His elite combination of size, speed, and agility makes him a nightmare for defenses. Robinson’s ability to contribute in the passing game and his knack for making big plays ensure he will be the centerpiece of the Falcons’ offense. Drafting Robinson guarantees elite production and a cornerstone for your fantasy team.

He takes a major step up this year and will get a ton of value, making him the top fantasy football RB in 2024. He only has a back up in Tyler and no risk of him losing his starting job. I am all in on Bijan Robinson and the sky really is the limit.

Conclusion

Loading up on running backs is a crucial strategy in fantasy football drafts. With the position being the most scarce, securing top-tier RBs early can set you up for success. The players listed above are primed to deliver elite production in 2024, so make sure to prioritize them in your drafts.
