Week 2 Recap along with the Studs and Sucks at Each position. The Counselor and Tom award a Stud and Suck at each position for NFL week 2.
What a crazy week 2. A lot of injuries all around and it seems like everyone is going down this past weekend. You need to stay the course and make sure you adapt and adjust to the changes and the moves that are going on. A big and personal loss for me in fantasy this past weekend was Saquon Barkley going down. This hurt two of the teams that I own, but reinforces my robust RB strategy. You can see that a lot of RB’s are going down and that position is really scarce. You can never have enough RB’s on your roster for the NFL season.
You also have to stay super sharp on the waiver wire this weekend because you have to fill in the gaps that are missing in your roster with all these injuries.
In this episode, we touch on injuries but mainly focus on the studs and sucks of the week. Guys that did well and guys that didn’t do so well. We also award the top performances and ridicule that terrible ones. I was a shock with many players like Mark Andrews have terrible weeks, after such a solid week one performance. This is why you must adapt and make sure you start and sit the right players each week. Make sure you tune into the starts and sits show this Thursday of course.
A few Studs of the Week include Aaron Jones, Matt Ryan, Diontae Jonhson, and Mike Gesicki to name a few. While there were a ton of players that really sucked this past week that included Juju and Todd Gurley. Terrible performances from players that were drafted in the early rounds of fantasy football 2020. There needs to be more consistency in fantasy football and that is hard to find.
