Fantasy Football RB Workhorses with no committee in 2022:
- Jonathan Taylor
- Derrick Henry
- Najee Harris
- Saquon Barkley
- Joe Mixon
- Christian McCaffrey
- David Montgomery
These are the only running backs with no immediate threat to having volume taken away from them. You have to note that a few of them I won’t be touching. I really think Christian McCaffrey is overvalued considering he has only played 10 games in the past two seasons. While Saquon Barkley is an absolute steal coming off as late as the early third round!
When looking at any running back you have to take a look at the committee and see if the running back you are grabbing is going to get the massive volume that you desire. This is why you have to go with the robust RB draft strategy. It is the best thing you can do for your team, to secure those RBs early on that will get the volume. If not you are literally getting an RB that will get half the volume. I make sure that I always aim high on the depth chart and get at least 4-6 RBs on my roster each and every year. Even if I can only start two. It is all about depth at this most scarce position in fantasy football.
