Colts Fantasy Football Outlook 2022
In this podcast episode, we are joined by the Colts Beat Writer George Bremer to discuss everything Colts. We go over the team outlook and the fantasy football impact of Jonathan Taylor, Matt Ryan, and the entire team. So many changes on the Colts offense this team and we cover it. I ask George the main questions I wanted answering and he does a great job of answering them today.
Jonathan Taylor Fantasy Football Impact
Taylor is the biggest fantasy football 2022 name going into the season. Coming off a massive 1800-yard 332 attempt rushing season, he is on everyone’s radar in the first round. The big question is how much will he decline this season. George gives us a stat line on Taylor accounting for a decline. I am excited about Jonathan but see more upside in guys like Henry and Najee. We will see how it all plays out. Taylor stays healthy and he eats this year. Look for Nyheim Hines to get his share of work in the receiving game as well.
Matt Ryan Fantasy Football Impact 
Matt Ryan is being slept on big time this upcoming season. He is going to be a steal in the draft and is sitting 20th in the rankings among QBs. I like the value for a guy who is going into a great offensive and has a great offensive line. His pass protection will be second to none and will have a lot more time to throw the ball. I am expecting big things from him this coming season.
So many people are sleeping on the old goat. Matt Ryan suffered a lot of frustration in Atlanta and things are looking bright in Indianapolis.
Michael Pittman a True WR1?
I had to ask this question to George. Pittman had a safe year last year and was wondering if Pittman takes a step up this season. By the sounds of it, it looks like Pittman is going to be the clear-cut WR 1. The passes are coming in accurate and on point from Matt Ryan in practice and we will have to see how this will translate in real game-time speed. Alec Pierce is on my radar as a big-time fantasy football sleeper. I think the volume will be there to make Alec super viable.
