After a crazy 2020 fantasy football year. Most people head into the fantasy football championships. In this start and sit video we talk about the optimal plays at each position. This is a very crucial week to win so it’s very important you watch the whole video. Remember studs like Josh Allen and Russell Wilson do have tough matchups vs position, but that does not mean you should sit them. Make sure you evaluate your entire roster and make the right choice this week.

Starts and sits can really make or break your season. If you are torn between two players here is what I do:

1. Look at which of the two players has been more consistent over the past three weeks
2. Look at the matchup. Who has the better matchup?
3. Look at who has been getting more volume. And that can be in targets or even rushing attempts depending on the position.
4. Go with your gut feeling. Sometimes you just have to roll with the gut feeling when you are torn between two players that are very equal.
