5 Boom Fantasy Football Players 2021. These guys have a massive ceiling and a ton of upside. Be sure you target them in your drafts this season and here they are:
- Justin Herbert
- Tee Higgins
- Cam Akers
- James Robinson
- Michael Pittman
These guys are all young and have not scratched the surface of what they can accomplish. I hand-picked these guys because I love the talent, opportunity, and upside.
Let’s start off with Justin Herbert. He had a great season in 2020 in his rookie year. Finishing with 332.84 fantasy points and finishing 9th amongst QB’s. I love the talent and he will really boom this upcoming season. I explain exactly why in this video. He also outperformed Kyler Murray in his 2019 rookie season. Herbert had 31 TDs and 10 Ints compared to Kyler’s 20 Td’s and 12 interceptions. ( 285 fantasy points that year)
When you look at the other guys listen here you will see that they are young and in a great opportunity to shine.
Young and the rapport with Joe Burrow will only get better. What we saw in the first year with Higgins was not bad. 108 Targets, 67 receptions, 908 yards, and 6 TDs. This happened in his rookie year, with losing Burrow in Week 12. He will be of great value in drafts and I’ll be sure to consider targeting him in all my drafts. Major upside.
This man shined at the end of last season. Cam Akers will be the full workhorse RB in LA. Seam McVay has already said that Cam could easily handle the load and be the 3 down guy. He will be a steal in the draft and has the upside and ceiling as well.
He was undrafted and he finished 7th in PPR amongst RBs. He is a beast and the Jags believe in him. I am excited to see what he does this upcoming year, as the Jags could end up with Trevor Lawrence! Just a reminder. James had 240 attempts, ran for 1070 yards on the ground, and had 7 Td’s. Sign me up.
The amazing online, Carson Wentz and youth. Michael Pittman has all the opportunity to shine and this could be his year.
