I am not a person who goes by rankings but here is a rough outline of the Top 10 RBs for 2022. Rankings don’t help you win your leagues, 16 Rounds draft solution does. It is not about drafting on ADP consensus rankings, it’s all about drafting the right player at the right time.
Breece Hall Could Crack the Top 10, but draft him in 3rd round or after.
The mainstream sheep have guys like Dalvin Cook and Ekeler in the top 10 and I won’t be drafting those guys this year at all. I will not be drafting Christian McCaffrey either but put him in my top 10 here as he could finish near the top based on talent and volume. I just feel he is too expensive and risky to spend a top 3 pick on personally.
The key takeaway from this video is that you should load up on running backs in the early round as these top RBs are going to be hard to get later in your drafts. Robust RB is the key focal point of my teachings as there is a ton of depth at positions like WR and QB this season. The RB position is very scarce so load up and make sure you have at least 4-5 serviceable RBs on your rosters this season.
You will notice in this podcast that the RBs mentioned here are not going to follow the sheep herd set of rankings. Like last year, I had Najee Harris in the top 5 while he didn’t make any top 10 list of rankings. So always think outside the box and get that 16 Rounds draft solution if you really want that competitive advantage. You will be light years ahead of the competition.
