Fantasy Football Sleepers 2025

Fantasy Football Sleepers 2025
If you’re serious about winning your fantasy football league in 2025, it all comes down to one thing: value. The kind of value that comes from knowing which sleepers to grab while your league mates are chasing last year’s hype.
In this exclusive podcast recap, Fantasy Football Counselor is joined by returning guest Jimmy Maverick to break down 7 deep sleepers that the consensus is missing. This isn’t cookie-cutter advice. These are must-have sleepers with league-winning upside.
1. Isaiah Pacheco (RB, Kansas City Chiefs)
- Current ADP: Round 5/6 (Pick 65)
- Why We Love Him: Lead back on an explosive offense. Despite the Chiefs’ opportunity to draft a replacement, they stuck with Pacheco. With Kareem Hunt and Elijah Mitchell behind him, the job is his. He offers top-15 RB upside at RB3 prices.
- Key Stat: Played through injury last season. Now fully healthy with a chip on his shoulder.
“Elijah Mitchell is always injured, Kareem Hunt is past his prime, and Pacheco’s got that fire.”
2. Tre Harris (WR, Chargers)
- Current ADP: Round 11-14 (Pick 135-176)
- Why We Love Him: He’s stepping into a WR1-type role in LA with minimal competition outside of Ladd McConkey (who’s wildly overdrafted). He’s big, tough, and has strong hands.
- Upside: Potential WR1 volume at WR5 prices.
“You’re a donkey if you pass on this guy in double-digit rounds.”
3. Jaydon Blue (RB, Cowboys)
- Current ADP: Round 11-13 (Pick ~133-155)
- Why We Love Him: He’s the best talent in a backfield led by injury-prone and ineffective backs (Javonte Williams & Miles Sanders). The path to starting is clearer than most think.
- Bold Prediction: If he starts, he’s instantly a top-24 RB.
“It’s a dart throw, but a smart one. This backfield is wide open.”
4. Kaleb Johnson (RB, Steelers)
- Current ADP: Round 7-8 (Pick 93)
- Why We Love Him: A true workhorse-in-waiting behind the fading Najee Harris and limited Jaylen Warren. Pittsburgh didn’t draft him early for nothing.
- Key Insight: The team is transitioning and Johnson fits the mold of their next bellcow.
“Top 10 RB upside in Round 8? Yes, please.”
5. Jayden Reed (WR, Packers)
- Current ADP: Round 7 (Pick 99)
- Why We Love Him: Despite Green Bay’s crowded WR room, Reed is the most complete and consistent option. His chemistry with Jordan Love will only improve.
- Sneaky Bonus: Gets touches in the run game, making him a dual-threat.
“Don’t let the crowded depth chart scare you. Reed is the alpha.”
6. Jack Bech (WR, Raiders)
- Current ADP: Round 16 (Pick 196)
- Why We Love Him: No true WR1 exists in Vegas. Bech is fast, tough, and dripping with upside. He’s already drawing comparisons to former high-volume slot dominators.
- Sleeper of the Year? Possibly.
“Vegas WR1 in the 16th round? This is robbery.”
7. Cam Ward (QB, Titans)
- Current ADP: Round 12-14 (Pick 146)
- Why We Love Him: Talented, accurate, hard-working. Surrounded by weapons like Calvin Ridley. A QB3 with serious upside, especially in Best Ball formats.
- Bold Take: Could outscore Jayden Daniels in 2025.
“This guy has ‘prove everyone wrong’ energy.”
Sleepers are how championships are won. While everyone else drafts the “safe” picks, you’re going to dominate with upside plays that explode in-season. These seven names are being criminally undervalued in early drafts.
