Top 5 Fantasy Football RB’s 2021 | Early Rankings Discussion

Top 5 Rb's 2021

Super Early Discussion about the Top 5 RB’s for fantasy football 2021. The Counselor dives in and lays out the facts.

The most sacred position in all of fantasy football is the running back position. This is a very early discussion, but we need to have this discussion. Remembering that what happened last year will not happen again this year. Things change and you need to adapt. In the meantime and very early these are the top 5 RB’s

  1. Dalvin Cook
  2. Derrick Henry
  3. Jonathan Taylor
  4. Christian McCaffrey
  5. Saquon Barkley

I always implement that robust RB strategy. You need to pounce on running backs early and make you get the right ones. The mainstream sheep all told you Austin Ekeler last year in the 2nd round along with Mixon. What they forgot to mention is that these guys have had years to wow us and we were not wowed. You have to be aware of players that are not impressing you at all. They have to have proven talent and abilities before you consider them on your roster. Once a back up always a backup is what I believe.

This is a very volatile position and you need to stay sharp with watching as to who is coming up and going down. RB depth is probably the most important position to load up on and I can’t say this enough. Also, what goes up must come down, you need to accommodate for the change. We are going to see what player will drop this upcoming year, the question is who will be going down this year. This is why the 16 Rounds draft solution is out there to help you. Think outside the box.
